We begin with one-on-one sessions in the comfort of your own home. We explore what you need to know to eat and live more healthfully. We work with you to set realistic goals. Future sessions are then tailored specifically to your individual needs, taking into account your likes, dislikes and medical requirements.

The result is an individualized lifestyle program designed to:

During our first meeting, a customized program will be developed for you. Typically this involves ten sessions, but may be more or less depending on your needs and interests. Initial sessions will be in person, but later sessions can be arranged via phone or internet if it is more convenient.

Our focus is on the nutritional quality of the food you eat, determining the right portion size, and making meals taste good to meet your personal health goals. We’ll help to evaluate the best exercise choices for you, and outline a program designed to provide regular activity with lasting benefits.

Many health problems and their symptoms can be prevented, controlled or relieved by improving the quality and composition of the food you eat.
